A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at a K-12 school in San Tan Valley, AZ, with a contract duration through the current school year. This role offers the opportunity to support diverse learners by delivering specialized instruction tailored to meet individual student needs. Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote inclusive learning environments. Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies accordingly. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Participating in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Qualifications and desired experience: Valid Special Education teaching credential or certification. Experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting.
