Available Positions: Autism/STEPS Support (2) including toileting assistance Life Skills Support with toileting requirements Structured Learning Center (SLC) Aides multiple roles at middle and high school levels Supplemental Aide 1:1 Medically Fragile Student Support Collaborative Learning/SLC Support Responsibilities include: Assisting teachers in implementing instructional plans Providing individualized support to students with special needs Assisting with daily living skills, including toileting and medical care when required Supporting behavior management and communication strategies Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment Qualifications: Experience in supporting students with autism, life skills, or medical fragility is highly preferred Ability to assist with toileting and personal care as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and dedication to student success Relevant paraprofessional certification or equivalent experience Location: Kansas City, KS This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers an engaging opportunity to enhance student learning and contribute to a supportive educational community.
