A full-time, onsite Occupational Therapist position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 school setting near Midland, GA. This contracted role spans from January 1, 2026, to May 21, 2026, and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic school district servicing students in need of therapy services. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with identified needs across K-12 grade levels. Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals and progress. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student success and inclusion in the school environment. Participate in evaluation and re-evaluation processes to determine eligibility and continued service needs. Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and legal requirements. Qualifications: Active Georgia Occupational Therapist license is required. Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred, with pediatric occupational therapy background highly valued. Candidates with previous school-based experience will be prioritized. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) with relevant school experience are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Location: Midland, Georgia, within the surrounding Columbus area school district. Specific school assignments will be determined based on caseload needs and candidate expertise. Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week during the contract period.
