Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time, contract role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) involves working with K-12 students in specialized Low Incidence/Autism classrooms across three schools in the Goose Creek, SC area. The position requires supporting behavioral interventions and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of qualified behavior specialists. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one behavioral support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols Collaborate with licensed behavior specialists, educators, and families to promote positive student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavior Participate in team meetings and professional development as required Desired Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in K-12 school settings with students requiring behavioral support Ability to function effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ethical standards Flexibility to work onsite at assigned schools Location: On-site positions available at North Charleston Elementary School, Pinehurst Elementary, and Ashley River Creative Arts in the Goose Creek, SC area.
