Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse student population, including general education and autism spectrum students. The role is designed to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students while collaborating with educational staff and other service providers. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of approximately 98 students across K-12, including both general and autism spectrum (AU) students Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs Provide data-driven recommendations to support student learning and behavior Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other contractors who provide counseling therapy services Participate in consultative support for additional students as needed, focusing on intervention strategies and accommodations Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to school psychology services Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist Experience working within K-12 educational settings Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively Strong assessment and consultation skills Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and educational interventions Location: Portland, TX Job Type: Contract, Full-Time (35-40 hours per week) Duration: Current School Year (CSY) This role is ideal for candidates looking to apply their expertise in a structured school environment while focusing on assessment and consultative duties without the requirement to provide counseling therapy.
