A full-time Physical Therapist Assistant position is available within a K-12 school setting in Clermont, FL. This contract role spans the current school year and involves working onsite across multiple schools in the district. The role requires direct service to a caseload of approximately 40 active students, providing physical therapy support as needed in an itinerant capacity. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy interventions and consultations to students requiring support. Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and communication. Travel between various assigned locations to provide necessary services. Qualifications: Valid professional license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. School-based experience is mandatory for consideration. Ability to work full-time hours (37.5 hours/week with an 8-hour day plus a 30-minute unpaid break). Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating within a school environment. Location: Clermont, FL, servicing multiple schools within the district for K-12 students.
