This contract position offers an opportunity to work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing specialized support within an elementary school setting. The role is focused on implementing behavior interventions under supervision, contributing to the success of students in need of behavioral support. Location:

Current school year contract, starting ASAP through June 12 Position Overview: Provide 1:1 behavioral support or programmatic assistance depending on assignment Work collaboratively with educators and supervisors to implement behavior intervention plans Support students utilizing strategies aligned with the Pyramid Program framework Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is required Ability to follow supervision provided by licensed behavior specialists Experience working in school settings preferred but not mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and staff Responsibilities: Deliver direct behavioral interventions and support tailored to individual student needs Monitor and document student progress toward behavioral goals Collaborate closely with certified behavior specialists and school personnel Maintain clear records and assist in reporting as part of the behavioral program's requirements Benefits: Opportunity to impact student development in a dynamic educational environment Supervision provided, supporting professional growth within behavior analysis Gain valuable experience in school-based behavioral support programs Positions are available for immediate hire with assignments at locations including 1:1 support at a high school and programmatic support at an elementary school.
