Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing essential support within elementary and high school settings focused on behavior intervention programs. The position is a contract role for the current school year, starting as soon as possible and ending in June. Location: Various school settings including elementary and high school campuses in Maryland. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 behavioral support and programmatic assistance as part of a structured behavior intervention program. Collaborate with school staff to implement behavior plans and support student progress. Maintain clear documentation and communication related to student behavior and intervention effectiveness. Work under the supervision of a licensed Behavior Specialist provided by the school. Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required. Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges in educational settings is highly valued. Ability to follow established behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed.
