This opportunity offers three openings for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within specialized programs supporting students in elementary and high school settings. Positions focus on providing individualized behavioral support aligned with school-based interventions, ensuring each students unique needs are met in a structured environment. Locations include: Walkersville High School: Offering 1:1 behavioral support to students. Centerville Elementary School: Providing broader programmatic behavioral assistance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect and document data to monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement behavior plans effectively. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and development. Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Experience working in school settings or with children exhibiting challenging behaviors is preferred. Ability to adhere to ethical behavior intervention standards and confidentiality policies. Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with educational staff and families. This contract position is available immediately with an expected end date in mid-June, following the current school year calendar. The role offers a meaningful avenue to influence student success through behavior support services within an educational environment.
