Job Description Job Description Why Work Here? We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. Licensed Clinical Therapist Responsibilities: Meet weekly/monthly with assigned clients in either group, individual, joint, or family sessions. Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards. Complete clinical notes and other paperwork as required. Maintain consistent contact with referral sources and work cooperatively with other client treatment team members. Uphold with high regard the confidentiality of clients, and follow all HIPPA guidelines. Answer incoming phone calls from clients whenever possible. Check e-mail throughout the day and respond as appropriate. Attend monthly team meetings (one hour). Attend supervision meetings as required according to the level of licensure. (Individual and group are required) Licensed Therapist Requirements Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Licensed in the State of Maryland as a Counselor ( LCPC), Social Worker (LCSWC) Reliable transportation & a Valid Drivers License. Proof of auto insurance. You must be able to pass a Criminal Background screening. Licensed Therapist Experience Adept in the electronic clinical record. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable in Mental Health Diagnosis. Teletherapy Ability to establish on schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Compensation is Fee for Service We offer Supplemental Insurance Products COVID-19 considerations: We are currently utilizing a hybrid model for seeing clients.
