A full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available to support an elementary and early years program in Middletown, DE. This contract role runs through the current school year (CSY), offering a meaningful opportunity to work directly with students in a school-based setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students in early childhood and elementary educational environments Assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention plans to support student development and participation Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate student progress documentation and comply with school policies Qualifications and Experience: Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license (proof required upon application) Previous school-based OT experience, preferably working with early years and elementary students Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care with school staff and families Reliable transportation for daily on-site work in Middletown, DE Position Details: Start Date: ASAP through 6/12/2026 Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week), Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM On-site work environment; virtual options not available Interview via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes) Candidates will be asked to confirm licensing status, availability for fingerprinting within three days of contract acceptance, and willingness to provide a licensing snapshot during the interview process.
