An opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a K-12 school setting in Dallas, TX. This full-time, itinerant position covers six schools, including a high school, middle school, intermediate school, and three elementary schools. The role requires delivering a broad range of evaluation and consultation services to support student success and well-being during the contract period from January 5, 2026, to May 21, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Conduct all psychological evaluations, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) as part of the initial evaluations. Perform counseling evaluations and provide consultative counseling services in collaboration with Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs). Attend Meetings Regarding Discipline Reviews (MDRs) and ARD meetings only when there are controversies or parental disagreements. Manage an itinerant caseload across multiple schools, ensuring timely and effective psychological support. Qualifications & Experience: Hold a License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or an Associate School Psychologist Credential issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists. Proven experience in conducting psychological and behavioral evaluations in K-12 educational settings. Ability to navigate complex cases requiring collaboration with educators, parents, and counseling staff. Strong organizational skills to manage duties across several schools.
