This role helps manage hiring volume during peak periods while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring processes./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliPost job openings and manage applicant flow through the ATS./liliSource candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms./liliConduct initial resume reviews and coordinate candidate screenings./liliSchedule interviews and communicate next steps with candidates and hiring managers./liliMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation./liliPartner with the HR team to support hiring priorities and timelines./liliAssist with offer preparation and pre-employment steps as needed./liliSupport recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking./liliProvides support with additional HR administration duties as assigned/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ulpBasic Requirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support./liliAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance./liliExperience using an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)./liliClear and professional communication, strong organizational and time-management skills and discretion with confidential information./liliAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment./liliProfessional, responsive, and candidate-focused approach./liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in related field./liliSHRM-CP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification in Human Resources Management./liliStrong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. benefits, recruitment, training, and development)./li/ul/div
