divh2Recruiting Specialist I/h2pThe Recruiting Specialist I will support execution of best-in-class talent acquisition solutions to accomplish the sourcing and securing of talent to meet our national security objectives. Supports other Talent Acquisition team members in the recruiting process, including planning and execution of hiring events, assessments, surveys, communication templates, metrics, job postings, hiring resources, and sourcing candidates./ppDuties and Responsibilities:/pulliDevelops, facilitates, and assists in the implementation of best practices in all phases of the recruitment process./liliConduct basic Boolean searches on LinkedIn, job boards, and resume databases./liliAttend campus career fairs, networking events, and virtual recruiting sessions./liliSchedule and help facilitate team meetings including capturing notes, actions, next steps./liliJob requisition management including facilitation of job posting and advertisement processes./liliMaintains candidate data within company ATS./liliSupports other Talent Acquisition team members in all phases of the recruiting process, including logistics planning, registration, payment, management of 3rd party shipping vendor and general execution of hiring events./liliAdminister pre employment assessments or coordinate with recruiters for technical tests./liliMay perform initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations./liliSchedule interviews, send calendar invites, and manage interview panel logistics./liliPrepare interview guides and ensure compliance with interview policies./liliMaintain timely, professional correspondence throughout the hiring process./liliEnter candidate data, update status changes, and generate reports./liliEnsure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations./liliAssist recruiters in preparing offers./liliConduct surveys to gather feedback./liliTrack key recruiting KPIs (time to fill, source of hire, candidate pipeline health)./liliProduce metric status updates for the TA team./liliContribute to social media posts, career site content, and recruitment marketing materials./lipYou Must Have:/pulliBachelors degree is required/liliAbility to travel up to 10% of the time/liliAbility to work on-site/liliRegular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job/liliUnited States Citizenship/liliAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations) FMT2021/li/ulpWe Value:/pulliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliExcellent interpersonal skills/liliStrong project management skills/liliAbility to manage a complex set of stakeholders/liliProactive and independent with the ability to take initiative/liliStrong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task effectively/liliExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines/liliFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment/liliProficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems/liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software/liliSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred/liliSHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus/liliExperience in human resources or recruiting/li/ulpThis job description/job posting is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
