Job Responsibilities
Administer and configure the Workday system for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs
Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, while conducting training for users
Develop and maintain customer reports and analytics, establishing protocols for data integrity and security
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Manage system configurations and process user requests to improve operational efficiencies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues
Effective communication skills to liaise with HR staff and business leaders
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of Workday configuration experience
Proficiency in at least 2 of the following Workday modules: Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking
Experience with Security & Reporting in Workday
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
Knowledge of HR best practices and trends
