What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Administer and configure the Workday system for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs
Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, while conducting training for effective utilization of the Workday platform
Develop, maintain, and deliver customer reports and analytics, establishing protocols for data integrity and security
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement successful system solutions
Assist in the operational separation of the Diabetes division from the employer, ensuring seamless transition and support for a global workforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
Strong understanding of Workday system configurations
Experience in troubleshooting system issues and providing user support
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders
Ability to maintain data integrity and security protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of Workday configuration experience
Proficiency in at least 2 of the following Workday modules: Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking
Experience with Security & Reporting in the Workday system
