Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bankruptcy Case Manager for a legal administration services firm. This is an onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity based in Woodland Hills, California.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Bankruptcy Case Manager will play a critical role in supporting bankruptcy case preparation, with a strong focus on Schedules and Statements of Financial Affairs (SOFAs). This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely case filings. This is a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented role supporting high‑impact bankruptcy matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, review, and process Schedules and Statements of Financial Affairs (SOFAs)
Compile and manage data for the Creditor Matrix and related case materials
Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications and follow‑ups
Track outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met across assigned cases
Collaborate with internal case management, claims, and noticing teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated bankruptcy experience, including preparation of Schedules and SOFAs
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Working knowledge of bankruptcy procedures, forms, and filings
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Hourly rate targeting $42.50/hr
Temp‑to‑perm opportunity
Overtime and occasional weekend coverage as needed
