Carrier Program Administrator
Reporting to the Sr. Administrative Manager, this role administers system access on all company websites for employees and clients on CSR24, including setting up and terminating access, resetting passwords, assisting carriers, and troubleshooting general questions.
This role provides support to the Administration Lead as directed.
Responsibilities
Manage timely and appropriate access on all company websites, including creating carrier logins for new employees and removing terminated employees.
Work with CSR24 lead to help maintain client logins.
Support customer needs with password resets, access issues with carriers, and troubleshooting basic questions.
Develop and continually support effective working relationships with employees and clients.
Provide updated agency information to carriers as requested.
Work with the Head of Client Solutions to complete carrier agency contracts and maintain database as needed.
Maintain agency licensing information with the Regulatory Affairs/Licensing department.
Provide overall carrier support and assistance through written and oral communications.
Provide support to Administration Lead and Head of Client Solutions as directed.
Provide training and support to new and existing employees for all Administration functions.
Maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary and sensitive data.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication with all levels of management, employees, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem‑solving skills to address issues or refer them to others.
Initiative and self‑direction for independent work.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and M365 tools.
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years office experience required.
At least six months insurance industry experience desired.
Physical Demands
Moderate stress from regular deadlines and daily challenges.
Keyboarding and mouse use 90% of workday; seated, multiple monitors.
Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
Work Environment
Temperature‑controlled, non‑smoking office with moderate noise.
Primarily paperless, online tasks with frequent telecommunication and video calls.
Hybrid work from home may be allowed as directed.
Pay The base compensation range is $25,000 – $35,000.
