Construction Litigation Practice

Candidate Profile

JD

from a

top‑tier law school

with an

excellent academic record

Active Bar Admission

in

California , in good standing

3–5 years

of substantive general

litigation experience , with a focus on

construction litigation

Demonstrated experience drafting

pleadings ,

motions , and

legal memoranda

Experience handling

discovery

processes and

depositions

Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client‑service mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in

construction litigation matters , including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay‑related litigation

Draft sophisticated

litigation‑related documents

with precision and strategic insight

Manage discovery , including

document review ,

depositions , and

expert witness coordination

Conduct legal research

and

case analysis

to

develop effective litigation strategies

Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and

trial preparation

Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of

$180,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
