We’re looking for a detail-driven Global Payroll Analyst to join our People Services team and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across the US and Canada. Key Responsibilities
Accurately process US multi-state and Canadian bi-weekly payroll in line with company policies.
Partner with a third‑party payroll vendor to ensure correct calculation of earnings and deductions.
Audit employee pay records and reconcile payroll totals.
Ensure compliance with Sage timesheet policies and Department of Labor (DOL) standards.
Perform tax, garnishment, and payroll reconciliations on a regular basis.
Support year‑end payroll activities, tax filings, workers’ compensation, and internal audits.
Document and maintain payroll processes and procedures.
Resolve payroll issues promptly, implementing controls to prevent reoccurrence.
Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries via ServiceNow tickets, phone, and email.
Support specialized payroll tasks such as sales commissions, manual payments, and reconciliations.
Qualifications
Significant experience in a payroll position.
Strong experience with end-to-end multi-state payroll processing (timesheet to ACH).
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
High level of accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills.
