Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows 10 and MacOS environments. Interface directly with users to diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop issues. Configure and troubleshoot smartphones and mobile devices. Set up and maintain functional desktop PC equipment, ensuring proper access to applications, software suites, and domain resources. Provide end-user support across a large campus and studio environment, requiring frequent outdoor walking between locations. Track and maintain service tickets using ServiceNow. Report challenges, issues, or roadblocks to the Manager in a timely manner. Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-service-focused support while working independently and unsupervised. Qualifications
Required: Experience troubleshooting in both Windows 10 and MacOS environments. Strong hands-on knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting. Ability to work professionally and maturely in an unsupervised setting. Friendly and customer-service-focused demeanor. Comfortable with outdoor walking and traveling across large studio locations. Preferred (Optional): Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system. Benefits

The base range for this contract position is $22.5 – $32.5 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
