About the Role: NukuDo is seeking a Recruitment & Human Resources Lead Coordinator to lead talent acquisition and HR operations for a workforce development company reimagining how cybersecurity talent is sourced, trained, and employed across the U.S.
This is a highly visible leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of structure, scalability, and human‑centered strategy. You will oversee our automated, multi‑step recruitment process, manage a contract‑heavy onboarding structure, and ensure full compliance with labor and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Operations
Maintain all HR policies, handbooks, internal guidelines, and disciplinary frameworks
Oversee employee performance processes, status changes, classification updates, and offboarding documentation
Resolve employee relations issues in a timely and compliant manner
Establish a close working relationship with our external PEO organization
Process Payroll and expense reimbursements
Legal & Multi‑State Labor Compliance
Must be fluent in Texas employment law and HR regulations and proficient in navigating labor compliance in states such as California, New York, Illinois, and others
Proactively ensure multi‑state legal compliance for remote or relocated employees, including wage classifications, benefits eligibility, and leave laws
Act as internal point of contact for all labor law, FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and DOL compliance‑related matters
Onboarding, Contracts & Compliance
Own and manage the onboarding process, including new‑hire documentation, employment agreements, and legal contract execution
Coordinate with legal and executive teams to ensure all onboarding materials are accurate, enforceable, and properly executed
Ensure seamless transitions into training, placement, and post‑placement roles across a multi‑stage employment lifecycle
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee and continuously improve our automated recruitment pipeline, including assessments, structured interviews, and evaluations
Design and manage full‑cycle recruiting processes that identify top‑tier talent for our unique employment model
Develop sourcing strategies and job campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, internal channels, and external partners
Lead interview panels, manage pipeline analytics, and track recruitment KPIs to improve candidate quality and experience
Who You Are:
A mid‑level HR and recruitment professional with a few years of combined experience across talent acquisition and human resources leadership
Experienced in building recruitment infrastructure at scale, ideally in tech, staffing, education, or workforce sectors
Highly organized, detail‑driven, and well‑versed in employment law across multiple states
Capable of managing sensitive employee matters with discretion, empathy, and confidence
Strong communicator with the ability to manage up, collaborate across teams, and lead with integrity
Comfortable with contract workflows, HR systems, and policy enforcement
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
