CRM Associate – Engagement & Retention Marketing
Full‑time, NYC office 3x a week (Tuesday–Thursday).
About the Role The CRM Associate supports marketing initiatives to drive subscriber engagement and retention. You will leverage new marketing technology, marketing channels and customer data to deploy effective lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer‑centric journeys.
You Will
Support marketing tactics and strategies for engaging and retaining subscribers.
Oversee the timely creation, production, and delivery of marketing materials.
Operate directly within CRM tool(s) to conceptualize and build holistic, multi‑channel subscriber journeys and experiments.
Collect and share insights regarding campaign performance.
Communicate effectively in cross‑functional meetings.
Exercise a thorough knowledge of Dow Jones brands and balance team goals with overall company objectives.
You Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing role (internship experience will be considered).
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proven time management skills.
Ability to derive insights from campaign reports and make data‑informed decisions.
Proactive problem recognition and solution development.
First‑rate communication and writing skills with a sharp eye for reviewing marketing assets.
Empathy and advocacy for the customer experience.
Outstanding cross‑group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, written, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
Hands‑on experience with Braze or multi‑channel CRM tools.
Preference: experience supporting A/B testing programs.
