What You’ll Get To Do

Own day-to-day recruiting coordination for a large enterprise account

Keep candidates, internal teams, and client activity aligned and moving forward

Build and manage candidate pipelines using job boards, sourcing, and outreach

Track pipeline health, interviews, and offers using Excel and reporting tools

Spot issues early and help solve them before they become problems

Support client communication and gradually take on more account responsibility

What You Need To Succeed

0–3 years of experience (recent grads welcome)

Strong organization skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and trackers

Analytical mindset — you like data, patterns, and clear systems

High emotional intelligence and professionalism

Interest in growing into an account management or client-facing role
