Base pay range $75,160.02/yr – $112,740.16/yr
About the Role Kwik Trip is looking for an experienced IT Retail Services Project Analyst to lead projects that keep our retail locations at the leading edge of customer service and coworker satisfaction. You’ll manage initiatives like hardware and software rollouts, development of remote retail training locations, and coordination of projects across multiple ITRS areas — ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Lead cross‑functional Retail Systems projects and coordinate with various teams.
Analyze scalability, risks, and performance; recommend upgrades and vendors.
Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
Maintain project documentation and provide leadership with status reports.
Support escalations and post‑implementation reviews.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in IT related project leadership and project management.
Associate degree or higher in IT or engineering related field.
Strong understanding of retail systems concepts, should also be familiar with computer and network configurations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage timelines and budgets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and network diagramming tools (e.g., Visio).
Preferred Certifications
PMP or CAPM
