University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide quality care and support to our clients in Howell, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support with mobility and transferring to ensure client safety
Help with preparing meals and feeding as needed
Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Benefits
Competitive pay rate of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, paid twice a week
