University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients inNorthville, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary requirements.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Follow care plans and company policies to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus, but not necessary.
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and family members.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license/ Id card and reliable transportation to make it to the client home.
Benefits
Competitive pay of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
