Help clients with mobility and transfers.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to office staff.
Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements
Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Must pass a background check.
