University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team in VanBuren Township, MI. In this role, you will provide in-home care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate personnel Follow care plans and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to pass background checks and any required certifications Flexibility to work various shifts as needed Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour Pay distributed on a twice a week basis Health insurance Supportive and friendly work environment About the Company
