Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Full‑Time, 40 hours/week

Asking 2 evenings/week

Flexible scheduling

Experience Treating Co‑Occurring Disorders Preferred

Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, Licensure Preferred

Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field

Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAC, or LMFT in Good Standing (Temporary license does not qualify; New Hires Only)

Additional Language Differential Pay Available:

Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, or ASL

Position Summary Behavioral health experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. The employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, supervised by a Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita”. It ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objectives and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies. Provision of services will occur in the office or other place of service.

Clinician Duties

Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients, in‑home or onsite as required by program/contract guidelines.

Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health.

Utilize appropriate evidence‑based practices to meet the needs of the individual or family.

Ability to determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Seeks supervision/consultation as appropriate.

Ability to self‑reflect and maintain level of self‑awareness.

Treatment plans provide clear translation of needs of individual and/or family and include achievable and measurable objectives.
