Comfort Inn & Suites Franklin East
We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. The shift would be from 3 pm to 11 pm, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.
Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process.
Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls.
Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance to minimize out of order rooms.
Qualifications
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Compensation $12 hourly
