Pay Rate: $80,000 to $90,000, top earners up to $110,000+
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on road and customer premises.
Maintain driver log (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL‑A Teammate
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A CDL.
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for job‑related tasks.
