We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment Install and calibrate kitchen ventilation and appliances Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with safety standards Use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools for troubleshooting Core Equipment: Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines Cooking: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop units Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers Qualifications include CFC Universal Certification, EPA 608 certification, 3+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment service, electrical troubleshooting, and gas systems. Must be willing to relocate and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
