We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate smoothly. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment Install and calibrate kitchen ventilation and appliances Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with safety standards Use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools for repairs Core Equipment
Refrigeration: walk-in coolers, ice machines Cooking: ovens, fryers, steam kettles Ventilation & HVAC: exhaust hoods, rooftop units Dishwashing: high-capacity dishwashers Epic is located near Madison, WI, a vibrant city known for its quality of life, tech growth, and cultural offerings.
