We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment Install and calibrate kitchen ventilation and appliances Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with safety standards Use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools for troubleshooting Core Equipment
Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop units Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers Epic is located near Madison, Wisconsin, known for its tech growth, quality of life, and cultural amenities.
