Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Stock ingredients, prepare products, and take inventory.
Receive and process telephone orders and complete associated paperwork.
Provide friendly customer service both in person and over the phone.
Adhere to quality control standards and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum age 16 years old.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct monetary change.
Fast computer typing or touch screen skills.
Strong motor and eye‑hand coordination.
Excellent customer service orientation and willingness to work variable shifts.
Work Conditions Warehouse and store environments with varying indoor/outdoor temperatures, exposure to food odors, hot surfaces, and manual handling of ingredients up to 50 lbs.
