Benefits You Can Count On
Pay Rate: Drivers average $80,000 to $85,000 per year.
Schedule: 4 day work weeks, no Saturdays.
Day 1 benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company‑paid life insurance.

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour delivery.
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination using commercial driving regulations and skillful maneuvering.
Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL‑A Teammate
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
