As an HR Manager supporting our facilities, provide consultative HR guidance and support; implement human resource policies, projects, programs, and initiatives to multiple business functions or large client groups. Supports organizational planning, development, coaching and change management. Manages team that provide HR guidance to multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
Drive alignment of people, HR processes and policies to support business initiatives and work closely with client group leadership to develop and implement HR solutions that align with business strategy for successful results.
Collaborate with department management team and union officials to develop, apply, and interpret labor relations policies and practices; monitor implementation of policies concerning wages/hour laws ensuring labor contract and government regulatory compliance.
Develop baseline measures of HR processes and policies to build out a continuous improvement model and action against same.
Manage a team that provides human resources guidance to site managers to ensure alignment with corporate business strategies.
Coach employees, supervisors and leaders on how to manage employee issues. This includes coaching and development discussions, change management, career pathing, advising and assimilation of talent.
Facilitate talent management and succession planning, including strategic workforce planning and skills team oversight.
Work with the business to evaluate, review and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Participate in the Succession Planning processes; ensure integration into performance management and staffing decisions.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of human resources generalist experience with increasing levels of responsibility, or high school equivalency and 9 years of human resource generalist experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Supervisory experience.
Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships.
Required to travel 35% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings and events; additional travel may be required as stated.
