— systems, processes, controls, reporting

everything : accounting, close, reporting, cost accounting, inventory, controls

What the Plant Finance Manager will Own Core Accounting & Controls
Build and own the
full accounting function
for the plant
Lead month-end close, financial statements, and reporting
Establish accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Ensure GAAP-compliant financials and clean, accurate data
Manufacturing & Cost Accounting
Own
manufacturing and cost accounting
in a hands‑on environment
Partner closely with plant leadership on inventory, margins, and production costs
Identify operational inefficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities
Business Partnership
Once the foundation built, shift into
analysis and decision support
Help operations understand performance, trends, and profitability
Be the financial voice at the table — not just the scorekeeper
