Emergency Response Coordinator
for one of our clients in the Houston market. The selected candidate will be responding directly to active residential fires, engaging with homeowners at the scene, and securing signed restoration work. This is a high-impact role requiring empathy, confidence, and proven performance in the fire restoration space.

Responsibilities
Respond rapidly to residential fire losses across the Houston metro area.
Build trust with homeowners during moments of emotional distress.
Clearly explain the restoration process and help initiate claims and recovery steps.
Secure signed work authorizations across multiple service lines.
Leverage real‑time fire alerts and maintain relationships with local fire departments.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless job handoff.
Track fire activity, job volume, and signed service line revenue.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience capturing fire restoration work, producing $1M–$5M in annual revenue.
Background as a firefighter or strong network within local fire departments highly preferred.
Calm, confident, and empathetic communicator—especially under pressure.
Naturally persuasive and easy to engage in conversation.
Self‑motivated and able to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable operating in the field with autonomy and professionalism.
