Schedule

Shift: 12‑hour, 2‑2‑3; Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $19‑$21/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium

Overtime: 1.5× pay for hours over 40 per week

401(k): Dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 8%

What You’ll Do

Loads and unloads trailers. Moves and stages materials throughout the plant/warehouse for efficient production of goods and an accurate record of materials.

Checks and inspects material received from prior operations to verify accuracy and conformance to specifications.

Follows safe operating procedures and complies with all EHS and good manufacturing practice guidelines to ensure that only the highest safety standard is maintained.

Complete required documentation and reports.

Assist with training team members.

Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co‑workers.

Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year(s) of logistics related experience

Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand for long periods (steel‑toed shoes required).

Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching.
