Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | PreK–8 Setting

Approximately 35–40 students
About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a single PreK–8 charter setting. This is an impactful role within a diverse school community that serves a large population of Hmong-speaking families. While students primarily communicate in English, collaboration with families who speak Hmong at home is an important part of this position.
This school has
not had an SLP this year , so the incoming clinician will help support
compensatory services
while building strong systems moving forward. The caseload includes a mix of articulation and language needs, in addition to students with ASD and social communication goals.

Responsibilities
Provide direct speech-language therapy to PreK–8 students
Complete evaluations and develop individualized, compliant IEPs
Serve as case manager for assigned students and maintain required documentation
Address communication needs including articulation, language, ASD-related needs, and social communication
Deliver compensatory services and assist the school in reestablishing consistent service delivery
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support teams, including Hmong-speaking families (with interpreter support when needed)
Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and ongoing problem-solving
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs are welcome to apply!
Strong cultural responsiveness and communication skills
Experience supporting multilingual families or students with ASD is a plus
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a full caseload
