Retail Supervisor Full Time - 8267 Acosta Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage the execution of cross‑mark events in a designated location. The role involves recruiting, training, and supervising event specialists, ensuring high quality and food safety compliance, and maintaining operational excellence.

Base Pay Range $43,888.00/yr – $43,888.00/yr

Overview The Retail Supervisor–Events is responsible for effective, efficient, and quality event execution. They audit, train, and coach Event Specialists on compliance measurements, represent the Crossmark Events team, and maintain safe, clean demo kitchens.

Responsibilities

Recruit, supervise, and motivate employees to meet client expectations.

Train Event Specialists on company processes, policies, and position responsibilities.

Conduct audits and work‑withs to develop event execution skills and maintain Food Safety practices.

Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all store events, assisting with event kits, materials, and tools.

Monitor and manage expense metrics such as payroll time entries and additional expenses.

Oversee scheduled event execution, using daily and weekly scorecards to ensure on‑date performance.

Reschedule events as needed to maximize execution results.

Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.

Maintain strong relationships with field support, recruiting, and client services.

Keep demo kitchens clean, orderly, and properly maintained.

Responsibilities With Regard To Workers' Compensation Claims Report any employment-related injury to yourself or your team immediately after an incident.

Qualifications Education / Experience:

Associate Degree or Technical Diploma, or 1‑2 years related experience, or equivalent combination.

Computer Skills:

Ability to use company computer and mobile applications and internal systems; proficient in MS Office Suite.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid driver’s license; National Registry of Food and Safety certification within 30 days of employment if not already certified; local Food Handlers permit if required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct supervision of approximately 10‑50 employees.

Work Environment:

Retail store environment; local travel may be required.

Physical Demands:

Stand; walk; handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; read instructions; stoop; kneel; crouch; climb; balance; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart; prepare foods and beverages; contact with cleaning supplies.

Language Skills:

English (primary). Bilingual skills may be required.
