Manage upgrades and competitive replacements of cardiology systems to support acute patient care. Lead a small team of clinical and technical consultants to ensure effective system implementation. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout project execution. Analyze complex challenges and negotiate resolutions that meet stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with other business lines within the organization for integrated project success. What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or clinical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Understanding of PACS/DICOM and experience in hospital work environments. Proven customer-facing experience with excellent problem-solving and management abilities. Exceptional customer service skills and high-level professional demeanor. Ability to perform required physical, cognitive, and environmental job responsibilities with or without accommodation. PMP and Six Sigma certifications. Experience in managing healthcare technology projects. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
