Provide expert-level technical support to internal teams and B2B customers, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions Manage escalation issues from assessment through resolution, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Collaborate with Market Technical Support Specialists and Field Service Engineers to enhance customer issue resolution Contribute to the deployment of New Product Introductions, including installations and field monitoring activities Maintain knowledge management processes by authoring and reviewing knowledge articles using KCS methodology What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or field service, preferably in a B2B health technology environment Experience with medical technology systems, including PACS, DICOM, EMR systems, and HL7 integration Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related technical field Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
