Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and proper documentation, including Medicare compliance.
Manage 10‑15 patients daily, with flexibility for scheduling.
Qualifications
Full state LCSW license.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology.
Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
