Brighton Hospice seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Our goal is to transform hospice care by delivering exceptional service. As a CHAP‑certified hospice, we increase staff‑to‑patient ratios, enhancing clinical visits and lowering clinician caseloads. Location

The RN provides care and services for a group of patients, visiting them at private homes, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living. The RN works as a contributing member of the interdisciplinary team, offering expertise on psych‑social assessments, interventions and community resources. The RN may work in Case Management, Admissions or a Resource role. Qualifications
Current RN licensure in good standing in the state(s) of practice Team player who collaborates daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and CNA leadership Strong ability to work independently and manage phone, email, written communication and meetings with healthcare professionals Excellent time‑management skills for scheduling visits, documentation, meetings and prioritizing urgent needs Ability to learn an electronic medical records system Willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; able to travel across the service area Senior‑Level • Employment • Job Function
