Job Overview Haskell is seeking a Craft Development Specialist to lead the Field Technical Training (FTT) program. The FTT program is an innovative and industry‑leading instructional method that helps craft employees expand their versatility, perform to a set standard across job sites, attain certifications, and progress in their careers.
Responsibilities The successful candidate will spend about 75% of their time traveling to job sites, coordinating with the superintendent and instilling knowledge. They will facilitate the program’s three‑pronged approach: videos, textbooks, and hands‑on training covering plan reading, construction layout, equipment operation, formwork, pipelaying, pipefitting, and tilt‑wall construction.
Qualifications
Field experience in construction, carpentry, and mechanical work, including pipe fitting and pipe laying.
Comfortable delivering presentations to field personnel.
Strong ability to deliver training and foster skill development across multiple disciplines.
