OT Occupational Therapist
to fill a
full‑time
position. You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.
Responsibilities
Use therapeutic techniques to improve, rehabilitate, or maintain the patient’s motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities.
Assess patients’ physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
Document treatment plans, progress, and communicate with patients, families, and caregivers.
Collaborate with a cohesive team for continuous development and decision‑making.
Qualifications
Active state OT license.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly document and explain treatment plans.
Team‑player willing to participate in decisions and mentorship.
