Surveillance and Monitoring : Regularly patrol the premises to monitor for suspicious activity and ensure the safety of employees and visitors. Operate surveillance equipment and maintain awareness of security conditions.
Incident Response : Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on‑site. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
Access Control : Enforce security protocols, including verifying identification, controlling building access, and managing visitor logs to prevent unauthorized entry.
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, assisting them with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Crisis Management : Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring that all safety measures are followed.
